Agnieszka Okrajek

Founder

I am the founder of Hair by Okrajek, a hair artist and educator known for my conscious and refined approach to colour, form, and transformation.

My work is grounded in advanced knowledge of hair chemistry and colour science, combined with precision and a deep understanding of individuality — creating results that feel both natural and intentional.

I am a medalist of the Finnish Open Championships, a semi-finalist in Seoul, and have performed on stage at professional hairdressing events in Warsaw.

Currently, I collaborate as a guest with Sellective Professional and am beginning my educational role, sharing my knowledge with the Polish community.

A graduate of a hairdressing university, I continuously develop my skills and deepen my expertise with passion and dedication.

I have created a space where a high standard of service meets a thoughtful, human-centred approach — because in my work, relationships are as important as the hair itself.

Hairstylist

Olga Vliezko

Olga is a stylist working at the Hair by Okrajek salon. In her work, she is guided by mindfulness, aesthetics, and an individual approach to each client. At the salon, she performs coloring and exceptional hair treatments, caring for the condition of the hair and a harmonious, natural effect.

Assistant

Alice Okrajek

Alice is responsible for client communication, social media, and the coordination of orders and deliveries, ensuring the smooth day-to-day flow of the salon.

As an assistant, she supports the team with organization, fresh perspective, and natural attention to detail.

She is currently studying International Business at University College Cork, developing her skills in business and people management.
